Pros

The company name. If you can work here, you'll be fine at any other publisher or even agency. Also NBC knows how to throw really great parties.

Cons

Pay. No room to negotiate. Also, the yearly increase is so minimal it doesn't even make a dent in your paycheck. They also don't provide non-sales employees with a very high incentive. There is a lot that is asked of individuals in my position, but the recognition is low.

Pros

The NBC name is great, lots of cool perks and programs. Good vacation time and benefits.

Cons

If you aren't working for a part of the company that's hot, you feel like an outsider.
