Pros

Job safety, at least until the job is fully automated. Laid back environment for the most part. Working on the backlot is interesting and you get free admission to the park w a few extra people every year.

Cons

Very tough to move up. Lots of mediocre work is tolerated even at the expense of business. Lots of bureaucracy and red tape. Dumb office politics among middle and upper management.
