Pros

High profile company that offers many resources, assets and communications platforms

Cons

Some of the most inept and arrogant people are in management positions. This company does not care about its employees at all--only about the bottom line. Experience does not mean anything. Cheaper salaries do.

Pros

Comcast has truly invested in the company and its employees which has opened up a lot of opportunities. Have met and worked with very smart and caring employees. Management has listening to employee surveys and invested in employee training and education. In my group every employee has a voice and upper management pushed for new ideas and innovation from the team.

Cons

No bonus for employees below Director level, which decreased the incentive for some employees to go above and beyond.
