Wonderful people and an upscale working environment.

Cons

The company has gone through many layoffs throughout the years. The fear of having a target on your back is real and employees are continuously undervalued compensation wise for their work. Regardless of being a "family-owned company", the current leadership does not value families in the way of a modern company. Maternity and Paternity leave are sub-par and there is very little work/life balance. The 24/7 mentality is strong even when on PTO. There is not an official work from home allowance and a lot of guilt is placed on employees who need some flexibility.

The people are wonderful to work with, the office is in a beautiful building downtown Charlotte. Benefits are great, and the work is manageable for most departments.

Cons

Over worked, and underpaid unfortunately. NASCAR in general is going through slow hard times, so it's understandable.
