So much has changed in the 20 years I've been employed here. There is zero work life balance and they let a lot of people with a lot of knowledge go in the recent rounds of layoffs. Now we are required to do 2-3 times the amount of work which requires us to be away from home for sometimes a month at a time a few times a year without additional compensation. Too many GOOD workers were let go while a lot of young and inexperienced people were kept on and it has really gone downhill. Its really obvious to the long time employees that the majority of the people making the decisions were kept on due to popularity reasons and who likes to *party*.
