It may sound exciting to say you work for something so popular and well known
Cons
The changes over the last 5 years have been interesting to be a part of and witness. However, I get the impression that too many young people in Charlotte are making decisions that they don't truly understand the ramifications of and how it affects their employees. They've gotten rid of people that know what they are doing and routinely hire people that all look like they should be in brand marketing and that doesn't always equate to business sense and an interest in building a company that will last
