Pros
Meeting all the drivers and the respect you get from fans. It is also great to work in an environment where you are surrounded by things that you love, in my case, NASCAR. You also have the opportunity to travle all over the United States and see places that you may not have other wise seen.
Cons
There are a lot of downsides to working within NASCAR. You travel all the time and never get to see your family. They expect y ou to put work first and family last. It is great pay but really, really long hours. There are also al ot of big, big egos to deal with.
