Good learning opportunity, dangerous for clients.

Lots of exposure and responsibility very quickly

Cons

We were undertrained and spread way too thin working with clients with severely high needs. The work was almost dangerous in this way. Clients were kept on long after they needed to be to maintain funds, and it seemed like we were just doing services to make money for NADAP, not deeply assist clients.

Your coworkers are supportive. Some of the supervisors are helpful.

Cons

Huge burn out, no raises, no cost-of-living adjustments. Everyone is making the same salary since 2012.
