Pros

Pros- Flexibility and benefits. You have the ability to work from home or the office and make your own schedule.

Cons

Cons- heavy workload and additional tasks. However, support and trainings offered to help navigate the additional duties but it was stressful.

Pros

Most team leads and managers are very supportive. They are a number of weekly and monthly meeting to help in case management.

Cons

Too many clients and turn around for documentation is very short resulting in a lot of work. It's a lot to juggle.

Pros

I experienced a lot of support from both colleagues and management. The HRA staff that we worked with were supportive as well. 9-5 schedule (Most days).

Cons

One day a week, at the time I worked there, we had to stay late to accommodate clients who walked in at the last minute (They invariably did). These were usually challenging cases that aren't pleasant to delve into after a long day.
