Munich Re has a great company benefit package, beautiful campus, nice cafeteria and awesome gym.

Cons

There is a collection of under 40year old individuals pre selected to fill future promotional positions. Otherwise, it is near impossible to progress in a career path.

Pros

This was once a wonderful company with great benefits, happy staff and endless opportunities. Benefits are now OK, not great.

Cons

There are few opportunities here. They have flattened the organization so much, it is very difficult to move ahead. The tendency is to give you more responsibility with no promotion and no increase.

Stable pay and large company with the ability to move around.

Cons

Blatantly did not listen to employee preferences regarding WFH. Mandating 3 days in, while most other brokers/carriers are providing flexibility with 2 days in office. Very limited flexibility in the U.S.
