Pros

Most employees are fun to work with but work in the shadows of their managers.

Cons

Management doesn’t get it. HR is old fashioned and generally supports management over the employees. Legacy leaders who Invest in old practices although they pride themselves on being innovative. Outside influences are lacking. Need to get out of a rut that is deep and paralyzing. From year to year its the same ole thing over and over.

They are secretly inefficient to hire people from different nationalities because they would choose to not sponsor visa over a person’s talent, ability and qualifications. Very biased and if this is how a company works then stop sugarcoating and just say we are looking for people from the following nationalities, because that comes first,

- Smart Colleagues - Less meetings

Cons

- You gotta fight for your own progress - Culture of getting cheesy projects for themselves - People are in habit of self-appreciation and self-representation in front of senior leadership - You won't get noticed to the skip managers if you don't talk to them directly - "Rat Race" kind of culture - Some people 2-3 people would always have something to say in the team meeting even though sometimes which doesn't make sense. I don't know how bad input is counted as contribution - Lazy HRs might ghost and won't reply on time.
