      Huge discount and nice shift routine, organised and well formed.

      Cons

      Worst management to work with, its all smiles before you work with them. While working everyone acts so sweet but then talks about eachother too the HR. NO team work. everyones in it for themselves!!

      Pros

      Discount is 75% The new head offices are nice Co-workers are great and communal lunch table is a nice touch Most stores are quite posh

      Cons

      They work head office employees to death. Expect to check email while on holiday. Senior managers care more about spreadsheets outlining every bit of progress than actual progress and creative ideas being made. They try to act like they are a mega international brand although the brand is relatively unknown outside of our country.

It is important to us that our employees use all of their annual holiday entitlement to switch off and re-energize. However, in some exceptional circumstances, it is necessary for us to keep in touch with employees. We will use your feedback to help us to continually improve employee satisfaction.
