Pros

There's a great deal of autonomy here - if you are proactive and driven, you'll do well here and management will demonstrate appreciation for your efforts. There has been a lot of change in terms of structure in the last six months, which is necessary when a company is growing at a rapid pace and changes have been for the better with more defined roles, responsibilities and goals and greater collaboration across departments. Inspiring founders. The HO discount is stellar.

Cons

There is one manager in London office who seems to hold much more power than they should - that team specifically seems to be diminished and defeated by the way they are treated by this manager, and many people have complained but because this person is a favourite amongst senior leadership nothing has happened.

- Managers are supportive and approachable - Exposure to wide variety of work and experience - Chance to work closely with inspiring, talented individuals across every department - Varied backgrounds and experience considered during recruitment process - Social, friendly environment where everyone is willing to help each other

Cons

- Flexibilty is essential due to rapid growth of business which can sometimes lead to changing priorities and an increased workload. This is offset by the support offered by other team members and an 'all hands on deck' approach.

- Inspiring leadership - Surrounded by really talented and interesting individuals - Challenging work but always able to share and pilot ideas - Beautiful offices in Norfolk - Places the customer and their experience at the heart of what they do

Cons

- Sometimes the amount to do and achieve can seem overwhelming but as a pro the teams support each other well
