The people you meet on the shop floor are so sweet and funny. Definitely a great time meeting everyone. The pay is good and you can make a decent amount of commission on top. The brand generally has good values.

Cons

There is no such thing as a grace period. If you are even a minute late you have to fill out a form and then it could escalate to a meeting. Since the change in supplier, the quality of the jewellery has drastically dropped and customers have noticed too. This company likes to cut more and more corners as time goes on. Depending on the store or concession you work at you can have some rude management. Some managers love to gossip and stir drama like they're in high school (this applies to one manager in particular and it doesnt look like she will be leaving anytime soon). Even the staff that are in school don't act like this. Staff perks are also dropping whether it's the discount (was 75% now 60%) or not having worthwhile incentives.
