If you have an issue management is normally willing to help Pay is very good as well as the option to work remotely without office visits. Overall a healthy work environment

Cons

There is a lot of micromanaging and management is on top of you like a hawk if you don’t take as many calls or you don’t answer a chat right away sometimes it can feel very insulting and feel like you’re doing an awful job. There is also a lot of favouritism when it comes to promotions and responsibilities
