you must be suck up to be promoted. So good employees get overlooked for promotions lousy pay - i would rather go work for welfare higher ups get away with murder that would otherwise get someone else in trouble.

Management is god awful. Schedules posted 1 hour before the start of the new week. They boast about a 48 hour policy but if you ask a question about personal days or vacations, they get angry you ask. You can't ask anything from these people because they see it as an inconvenience and remember, you're always in the wrong because you're just an hourly associate who can be replaced by the next willing high school kid. I've literally had some guy from the corporate office come into my store and while he's on the phone with Mitchell Modell, he's throwing me an attitude because I can't take a sweater down faster hahahaha. The whole company is a joke
