new COO is absolutely the worst! no empathy for the less paid; poor work/life balance; very petty; section partners are just mean and careless.

The firm is diverse and seems to be friendlier than other big firms.

Cons

Although the culture seems great on the surface, they are more passive aggressive or simply less transparent about certain things. Difficult/almost impossible to get work as a lateral (spoke to many others who felt the same).

- Ability to work from home (this only started after COVID) - Perks while in office

Cons

- No tuition reimbursement - PTO is not split up by vacation, personal, sick, it is just one pool and as a non-exempt employee you only get two days a month. I have to emphasize that this is ALL the PTO you get
