Most of the people are great to work with and helpful.

Cons

No recognition for what you do. HR doesn't know what anyone does and constantly tries to cut assistants. Bonuses have been the same for over 15 years and are determined before evaluations are complete. New COO has no idea how to treat staff. People with no experience are working for 15 lower level associates. No way to advance at this level.

Incredibly toxic environment in the corporate department. Only join Mintz Corporate if you have absolutely no other options.

Pro bono program seems good. (Can’t think about anything else)

Cons

Terrible leadership. The Chiefs are unqualified and ineffective. They are Chiefs in name only, which is maybe what the Partners want bc they don’t want to listen to anybody. I don’t get how the Partners don’t see the incompetence.
