A very popular lifestyle retail company in the world. The exposure in the CV will be good.

Cons

The worst management I've ever worked in, especially in Product Team, the people are very subjective and do not support local workers to be in the managerial level. Often to push employees to resign in order to not giving a proper severance pay.

HR is nonexistent Offer letter had the wrong start date, they put me as Assistant Manager because there couldn’t be 2 store managers and then I was supposed to move into the Store Manager role when the current one left a week after my start date, but the offer letter said nothing about that at all so they easily could have just passed me up. Emailed HR 3 different times because they set the deadline to sign my offer letter 5 hours from when it was received and I was working at my current job so I was unable to reach a desktop computer. HR never responded to my emails, but resent me the same incorrect DocuSign 4 times. When I emailed the forth time declining the offer, HR immediately voided the DocuSign so they were clearly reading and ignoring the emails. Don’t waste your time.
