Horrible Management All Chinese

Other staff are nice to each other and help each other

Cons

- Management is all Chinese and treat you like dirt if you don't speak Mandarin - Can't speak to Area Manager or Managers properly because their english is horrible or can't even speak the language because they hire people from overseas - Communication between staff and management is non existent and they blame you if something isn't done - Staff get yelled at because management don't speak english properly and assume you know what they're saying - Area manager ignores unavailabilities and roster you on days when you literally cannot work - Rosters are sent the NIGHT BEFORE the week starts which is ridiculous

The colleagues are great! We help and care for each other. It's a genuine relationship.

Cons

Besides the colleagues, ultimately, you are just a number to them (well, other companies do this too, but this one is among the most extreme examples). If you are a complete workaholic and only business-minded without an ounce of empathy, then this place suits you.
