Some of the co-workers are really nice, but what I can say is that most of them are suffering from their manager.

Cons

Toxic management, most of them have ZERO professionalism, they don’t know the minimum knowledge to run the department, I don’t even know how they were hired, oh wait I know, they were old friends of the management, and guess what they go and hire more unqualified people that they were either friends with. Other toxic traits is like they care so much to look professional but they really have 0 idea of what is going on, and when I say 0 idea I really mean it. BTW the pay is really bad.

Coworkers and store manager were nice First dibs on products - no store discount though. Usually given 30-40 hours of work a week

Upper management had unrealistic expectations of store Several occasions where we were yelled at by HQ when they visited Some shifts felt long - sometimes you did was rearrange products
