      Quality manufactured products. Great people at the ground level. The employees want it to succeed. Possible to make decent money, IF in the right location.

      Toxic Leadership Management motivates through PIP environment Chinese manufacturer, which can turn clients away Revolving door of employees - 6 - 12 months and you are on the PIP Constant, I mean CONSTANTLY changing direction trying to find their way. NO clear path to success Territory's, jobs, products, comp plan, in constant flux.
