Medical Industry is Growing Fast so the organisation has money.

Cons

Poor Management , They are un-ethical . They Do Not Trust on the people . Cheap Mentality . Forced people to take flight at night even females . Employees being bullied badly . Woman should not work with Mindray .

No work/life balance. Very stressful especially during quarter and year end. Forced to work extra hours as it could be reflected in your annual review. Cheap products made in China.
