      Pros

      This company makes really great products and is a company in growth mode! The service and clinical team goes above and beyond for the Customers.

      Cons

      You need to be able to multi-task and are self motivated to work here. If you aren’t a hunter for sales and plan to farm, this is not the company for you.

      I have worked for more than 7.5 years. Great environment, always encouraging and very supportive system.

      Cons

      I have to work saturday and Sunday which I really don't like as it is necessary to spend time with family. I always like to maintain work life balance.

      Pros

      Large company with small company feel. Micromanaging is non-existent. Great support resources and people resources for issues. Great benefits and pay compared to similar companies.

      Cons

      I can't think of two many down sides. Depending on the department you're in there could be limited opportunities for growth. If you don't care about getting a new title or getting into management, your pay will still grow well with you at the company.
