      Great Flexibility

      Pros

      I joined Miele on a part time basis so that I could work around my children. I was expecting to work additional hours now and then due to business needs however the Company are excellent at ensuring I get that time back and get the right work life balance. It is such a comfort to not be expected to work beyond my contractual hours on a regular basis and also get the recognition when I do.

      Cons

      The only downside would be the on site parking but that is continually being reviewed.

      Can't deal with mental health issues

      Awful long term sick pay, management are not trained in mental health

Our management team receive dedicated training and coaching in order to support our employees with mental health issues and stress at home/work. We provide a free Employee Assistance programme, on-site counselling and have a dedicated Occupational Health Doctor to support our employees. We have many different avenues of communication where intervention and support can be sought and we're sorry that on this occasion, this has left you feeling disappointed.
