8yWe're very sorry to hear of your negative experience with Miele GB. Our management team receive dedicated training and coaching in order to support our employees with mental health issues and stress at home/work. We provide a free Employee Assistance programme, on-site counselling and have a dedicated Occupational Health Doctor to support our employees. We have many different avenues of communication where intervention and support can be sought and we're sorry that on this occasion, this has left you feeling disappointed. We will continue to review our practices as we remain committed to supporting our employees’ health and wellbeing.
