Employer wants you to lie to the customers and charge them for stuff they don’t need and they expect you to perform some duties for no pay. I was fired because I would not lie to customers just to make them money.

The best reason I have for still working there are my co-workers. They make it bearable.

Cons

Multi franchise owners tend to run more like a corporation. If you are looking for a raise anytime soon it doesn’t happen even with a “guarantee” pay amount.
