Cons

Your store will constantly be compared to stores in high-end neighborhoods that make a ton of money. You are told that if your store doesn't make a million a year you are dragging the company down.

Long hours. 6 days a week Hard to take vacation. It's a franchise Sometimes the owners just care about the bottom line.
