      This franchise had very good benefits and fair vacation time. It's a flat rate shop with very fair commission rates for techs...MOST of the people I worked with were good people . some ...well werent

      The labor rates are so high you can't stay busy. There are way too many people in management . The parts markup is too high. The area dealership is way more affordable than Midas ...unreal

      It is very difficult to come up with twenty words that give the good part of the organization. Some of the people were Ok, and the customers way to trusting.

      Cons

      The company as a whole as a poor business model. Very poor quality techs, and managers. They are a one hit wonder get the customer good the first time. Who cares if they don't come back
