      Good work culture, good food, great interior designing

      Cons

      Highly biased HR team. There's this PDP guy in HR, worst of all, who wants employers to boot lick him to get their work done. Always claims to be busy just to avoid being questioned. If you 'project' yourself to be busy and flattery every other people in the office while you actually do nothing, you'll find yourself on the good books of the HR/Managers, if you're doing real good work/working hard but without actually expressing/showing it off then sorry you're going nowhere.

      The initial company setup period in India seems to be over. French leaders moving out of India and Indian leaders are taking over either upgrading from an existing role at Michelin or new hires. With Indian management taking over, work culture is getting toxic. New leadership hires are mostly from service based industries and bringing in the Indian services industry toxic culture to Michelin.
