Good package for freshers Good place to gain knowledge Free transport and food facility at factory

Cons

You have to work like a labor Wrong people at wrong place very very less chance to grow Salary hikes are very less(almost nothing) for junior employees Partiality system between junior and management staffs Too much power given to managers, even you cannot grow if he/she don't want factory is too far from city so because of travel time work life balance is worst

If you are lucky, you might get to train abroad. Although the chances of that are vaning with every passing day.

Cons

Pretty much everything else is bad. Work culture is bad, too much politics, not many opportunities.

Comfortable Work environment is a plus. Lot of freebies are given to employees like T Shirts, Bags etc etc every year. brand name is strong in the industry and looked up upon.

Cons

Salaries are average at best. Few Managers control the fortunes of everyone else
