      Pros

      Great organization who cares for its employees. The people are amazing and I am thankful for all the good things that I can be involved with.

      Cons

      It is growing with new construction so there is a lot of noise and building going on at the moment, but I can't wait until it is done!

      Residents and co-workers were the best!

      Cons

      For being a "Christian" facility, feel management did not show. On a day to day basis, didn't know where you stood.
