      Pros

      At Messiah Lifeways, you are offered great benefits, very competitive pay and a great work environment. CNA's have the option of working many different shifts, including full time, part time, PRN and weekend option.

      Cons

      There are sometimes issues with staffing, but even then, there is a very low resident to staff ratio. At times, opinions feel unheard and unresolved, but serious issues are always resolved.
