Pros
The patient to staff ratio is great compared to other homes. Campus is pretty. Convenience of the cafes on campus is lovely. There are some really lovely people who work there.
Cons
Even though the patient to staff ratio is better than most, it still has room for improvement to reach the optimal quality of care for residents. I’ve noticed through the years they also have an issue weeding out the bad eggs.. there are a lot of bullies working there who rule the roost, but not in a productive manner. I’ve seen a lot of really dedicated workers get burnt out from picking up slack or walk out the door because of staff conflicts that were never being addressed. No one ever seems to be on the same page about much of anything anymore.
