Loved it before the merger, after it was nothing but fear of when the sward would fall on your head.

Had a great team, we worked together and had each others backs. Encouraged to work cross departments and help when every you could. Decent pay.

Cons

After the merger it was layoffs after layoffs. Put down for doing more than just your job. Very few will to help each other. Long hours and weekends without reward or comp time.
