Pros

The global compensation package is good

Cons

Company seems indifferent to its employees. It is all about visibility. If you do a good job and stay low - good luck. Doing your job well has no basis on your ratings - its all about initiatives that leads no where. The company has become a fraternity. Only certain cliques are allowed upward moblity
