      Pros

      No pros to working with this company management sucks. Understaffed turnover rate is very high and they had the nerve to ask employees why is turnover high what a joke management is not approachable at all

      If you want to move up in this company you have to nearly kiss the ground management walks on. All the employees are miserable

      Good Benefits, flexible work schedule, vacation and sick time.

      Cons

      Losing clients and many employees. Low pay and No Raises. Inadequate training. Cliquey. Team Leaders and Managers with no people skills.

      Pros

      Good benefits (though each year the health plan gets more expensive while providing less coverage), above average pay for the AA position.

      Cons

      Global corporation that's strongly centralized. Local leadership gets very little input in how to administer or establish policies. This top-down approach results in a large bureaucracy and wasted energy that hampers productivity. The company invests too much in internal PR to create an illusion of a productive company and invests too little in listening to employee needs or developing employee careers.
