Love the people I work with, our clients and the work!

Cons

Don't feel I am paid correctly. Have been here 3 years and make only 4% more than my original salary. Am promised movement, but nothing happens.

Nothing they have a cafeteria with nasty food

Cons

It’s like politics they play favoritism and treat call center people like slaves . Make you time yourself when you use the rest room . They offer little support . Huge turnover due to people being treated unfairly and them getting rid of people for using the bathroom
