Pros

Great team culture, awesome location, beautiful office. Immediate Team leaders are cooperative and easy to work with. Superb work life balance. Flexible work environment.

Cons

No career progression and poor pay. Poor HR policy with respect to leaves. During the pandemic, employees were forced to use up all leaves with no provision to carry forward. Upper management is biased and do not care about employees even though immediate team leaders (middle management) are approachable and helpful. The place has a ‘revolving door’ work culture with high employee turnover because there is very little career progression and poor pay. Bonuses if offered at all are poor too. Upper management is biased and will promote favourites and do not value hard working and talented employees. (Race seems be a highly probable underlying issue for promotion but nicely veiled till it hits you in the face!). Promotion is NOT dependent upon performance for SURE! The teams have a constant influx of new joinees and have very few experienced ones to train them as most experienced employees keep leaving. The existing experienced employees get used with no real recognition in terms of promotion or monetary rewards. The upper management simply do not care. Constant team restructuring which can be unsettling especially for new joinees.

Good Systems, Poor Culture

Pros

The people you work with are some of the smartest in their profession. With an open mind you can learn a lot. The flexibility is generally good, depending on your division. They offer a lot of similar benefits to other large organisations. Nothing sets them apart as unique.

Cons

Make sure you negotiate your pay upfront, once you’re there don’t expect pay rises. There is a joke within the business, if you want a pay bump you should quit and come back. The culture across the whole company seems quite toxic. People are stressed, overworked and fearful of speaking up. Even if they do, nothing changes because that would take money. They’re too focussed on profit margins and forget about their people and clients who deliver that profit. They expect you to do more with less. When they realise the train stays on the track they don’t hire more people but forget people have worked overtime to keep it on the tracks.

Pros

Pay would be good but factor in working up to 12-13 hours a day and the pay is below 15 an hour

Cons

Everything .... duties just pile up and they expect you to be a project manager all while babysitting up to 20 reps who take calls.
