Limited focus on employee satisfaction or follow through on feedback from employee satisfaction surveys. The annual merit process and lack of opportunity perpetuated low salaries for a number of the positions without proper market analysis.
Mercer was a good company to work for , benefits ok but they could do better with more affordable plans. Good PTO, Sick , Maternity leave, Bereavement etc and good balance life.
Cons
Don't increase salary much, sometimes during peak season , work is more than your regular hours. It is hard to be promoted unless someone help you.
