In 1 year I worked on 1 project. Managers are spread too thin and basically don't have the time to pay attention to their teams professional growth. The processes are outdated and should be reviewed and changed to keep up with the times. I was paid an incorrect salary, for various reasons, for the first 6 months of working for the UK entity. HR was not helpful with any queries I directed at them. 3 months after leaving the company I had not heard anything regarding my pension. I reached out to HR and was told I had to write to them and that they don't have a contact number. Well, it turns out, that this being 2019, they DO have a contact number that I had to source by myself.

-Little exciting work and client contact for junior employees, hence the high turnover at Analyst level. -Lacks diversity there’s only about 10 BAME in the whole London office -Lower pay
