      Horrible place to work

      Pros

      Literally none apart from their offices being a short walk from Fenchurch street

      Cons

      Terrible company culture, atmosphere and only a handful of genuine colleagues, unfortunately none whatsoever in management No records kept of bullying of any kind and lots of gaslighting by management and HR Management go to uncomfortable lengths to cover up the truth about situations that could be harmful to them if found out about; dismissing employees for speaking up, etc. by whatever means they can I truly don’t understand how this company is even able to carry on the way they have been, especially in such difficult times. They do not care about their employees in the slightest, and for some reason think that inappropriate behaviour of all kinds should be allowed to continue without any repercussions

      Terrible Company

      REALLY easy job, just keep to yourself.

      Cons

      Management picks favorites not based on job performance. Reviews are completely subjective. Management is completely useless and does not help resolve employee or client issues. Senior management promotes who has the most seniority, not who is best for the job, so that results in really weak management. It is extremely hard to move up in the company. They will hire people with no degree for jobs higher than yours but will not promote people with masters degrees. WORST management I have EVER experience in ANY company I have EVER worked for!

      You get a paycheck and no other pro.

      Cons

      Totally dysfunctional and toxic work environment. The managers are bullies. They have an incredible high turnover and are so desperate they will hire anyone - no matter how unqualified. the average staff tenure is 6 months. The recruiting department is incompetent. Avoid this place.
