      decent hours, no weekends, decent pay, niceon in and clean environment, company was in a great location in Dallas Tx

      Cons

      worst training ever, unorganized, if you complain about anything while in training you will be let go, no training materials.

      Flexibility to do consulting. Ability to focus on clients versus internal issues (thought this is diminishing)

      Proliferating bureaucracy. Title-crazy executives --- 5 presidents" CEO says she has "tranformed us into a sales culture when, in fact, she has imposed a "bookkeeper culture" full of forms and reports and imaginary metrics. Shockingly inward focus.
