Pros

I can't think of any pros.

Cons

Salary is not even on par with lowest salary for the norm or starting with other companies that you list. No training.....lost more than I've learned being here.

Pros

Great co-workers and intelligent people that work there. Good fast pace experience with little structure which was great for me as I enjoy putting puzzles together (processes).

Cons

Horrible leadership, recognition, salary advancements and training. This large company runs like a small new startup in the sense of professionalism, training and work life balance. There really isn't much opportunity to advance title wise and the ones that do are done via political means within leadership opposed to skill and knowledge. VERY high turnover from sales on down which makes the managing of clients, processes and staff very difficult throughout the year.

Pros

Mercer is one of the top human resource consulting companies in the world. Anywhere you want your career to go, Mercer can offer you a path. It is also a very progressive company, supporting and advancing many facets of diversity, including religious, gender, ethnic, LGBT, and military.

Cons

In recent years, Mercer has reduced the amount of raises and bonuses offered to employees at the lower levels. This has led to a pattern of hiring excellent employees, spending thousands training them, getting six to eighteen months of high quality work, only to see them leave after a year or two to take a position where they are making more money with less stress.
