Flexible hours, vacation, easy interview process, work from home,

Cons

no room for advancement, if you are on a big client then little room for lateral movement, less pay than the industry average, no leadership from management, lack of incentive to be good at your job

Pros

It is a good place to gain experience and learn about benefits. There are no more pros. Only good if you are right out of college looking for some type of experience.

Cons

The pay is horrible. They overwork you and do not pay enough. They take advantage and do not care about employees.
