      Pros

      Never felt more supported in my growth or appreciated for my ideas & contributions. I have been promoted twice in 2.5 years at this company and offered competitive compensation packages each time. The culture is awesome, people are supportive and kind. They have also invested in some really cool learning & development programs which have created really useful resources for leaders at the company. Overall lots to appreciate and they are always adding more! It's been really amazing to see how the company has grown.

      Cons

      The only thing to call out is that there are some high-work, high-reward periods... they can be stressful, but also have helped me fulfil my own career goals because we are given the opportunity take our work to the next level and feel proud of it. If there is an opportunity to level up, the company will often take it and make the 'big bet'. That can mean changes happen really fast which can be hard to keep up with at times. I find that satisfying; but it isn't for everyone, some people might prefer something more laid-back day-to-day.

      Pros

      Nothing makes a company like the people. The people at Mejuri are passionate, thoughtful and inclusive. Mejuri has been one of the first places I truly feel valued at all times. My experience has been stellar because of the people I am surrounded by, I always feel supported and I'm so grateful to be apart of a thriving team. We have a hybrid model which some people may not like but the benefits provided at the office make it enjoyable and feel like home! I am so excited to see how much further Mejuri can develop and grow and help me do the same as well!

      Cons

      I don't personally have any cons but I do see that some people may feel overwhelmed transitioning from WFH to hybrid - which is normal and so far leaders are handling this well.
