I'm new in role but first impressions have been fabulous. A few of my take aways; - great onboarding with experienced leaders - kindness is in the DNA, all cross functional partners have been a joy working with and getting to know. There is no such thing as a silly question and curiosity is valued - the product is beautifully curated and the DTC model offers a really competitive price that clients appreciate - work load is manageable & upper field leaders are constantly looking for ways to innovate and improve efficiency - boutiques are carefully curated and well maintained by HQ - performance is incentivized & regularly recognized - teams are diversified and I have only witnessed inclusive behaviors from all teammates - opportunities to relocate, grow a career in retail, and collaborate with talented individuals
