- best place to work - amazing founders, who actually do care - people are nice and share the same values - culture is very strong - fun events - sense of community

Cons

- with the company growing so fast it's easy to loose track of people and it's becoming harder to build connections - it can be stressful like any other retail

It is incredibly exciting to be apart of an organization that is quickly growing and scaling. Everyone from the most junior to the most senior person has a voice at the table. The founder's genuinely care about their employee's and want to see them grow. You have weekly one on ones with your manager's where they help with your development. They do an amazing job at bringing the organization together at monthly company-wide events and team events. If you are someone who constantly wants to learn and grow, Mejuri is for you!

Cons

The jewelry is so beautiful it is hard not to buy something all the time!!

- Mejuri will take all your money because all of the products are so amazing!! - Need to work to get out of silos and work better cross functionally
