Nice coworkers and reasonably challenging expectations that allow room for professional growth

Cons

No bonus structure and terrible break layouts for how burnt out all the staff is. I truly feel like our time is taken advantage of to push profit for how overwhelming it can be at times. Also current store manager is horrendous with no work ethic and will inappropriately talk about politics on the floor or would have conversations that should be done in private in front of other staff members and clients. She has repeatedly had bad reviews on company NPS, Instagram comments, and Google reviews wirj no accountability being taken.

Great pay and decent hours.

Cons

As a sales employee are required to be very persistent and often almost aggressive to customers. It is a tactic that tends to push people away, however, when you decide not to follow this structure you are penalized.
