Great people and culture, leadership has also been stepping it up. Very exciting space to be in and we have hands down, the best product and team to be able to capitalise on this space. Environment is great, everyone is collaborative and politics, while they do exist, are very limited to some extent.

Cons

Career progressions can be unclear.

Culture is strong. Company is working to improve regularly and always on the hunt for feedback to do so. Potential for growth is real. Very real opportunity to move up and even to create your own opportunities along the way. Hard work is rewarded. Colleagues are helpful. Transparency is practiced. Communication is strong.

Company is working through what it looks like to become a larger, scalable enterprise organization. Growing pains are natural, but can create discomfort.
